SvWP has advised SC OPERA & CENTRAL SA to acquire Hotel VENETIA in Bucharest through a long-term credit. The financing was structured in three components:

• the acquisition of Hotel Venetia
• the renovation and refurbishment of the interiors, rooms and the swimming pool of Hotel Venetia
• the refurbishment of the Hotel CENTRAL which the company already owned.

SvWP assisted the client along the entire process of assessing the acquiring opportunity and business development. The services provided ranged from hotel market research, asset evaluation up to development and implementation of a successful business plan.
