Persepolis Apart-Hotel is aimed to be the first 5 star ApartHotel concept in Romania. SvWP is assisting the owner in a 100% ownership sale to a strategic or financial investor, as well as in the process of property compliance with the international hotel standards.

SvWP has been actively involved in this project from its early stages, proposing the ApartHotel concept to the developer, preparing the Information Memorandum and Financial Model for this project, presenting a leveraged acquisition solution equity/debt to potential buyers.

SvWP has already identified a significant number of potential investors and started preliminary discussions with respect to the acquisition.
