We are preparing a private equity investment for a minority interest or the sale of a controlling stake in the de facto holding company J&R Enterprises SRL, the business vehicle of Mr. Joe SEROUSSI, former president of the Foreign Investors Council in Romania who is running a portfolio of companies with combined turnover in excess of USD 50 MM.

Our assignment includes due diligence for the group companies, group accounting and consolidation, completion of business plan and legal structure of the transaction, and advising for equity investment.
