SvWP was the financial advisor of Unicom GROUP in the financing process of the acquisition of:

• new wagons imported from Bulgaria for the forwarding house of the group, financed by BRD-Societe Generale
• second-hand wagons, financed by Unicredit Romania.

Another financing for this client was arranged in the first semester of 2006, following the winning of the tender for the sale of wagons and locomotives organized by the National Fiscal Authority. The deal amounting to EUR 6,300,000 was financed by OTP Bank Romania and it was further suplimented with a sale & lease back transaction for EUR 1,200,000 with Italo – Romena Leasing (part of the Veneto Group) arranged for the railway transport company of the group.
