SvWP advised a group of Israeli investors in setting up the largest OPEL dealer in Romania, from start-up to the financing and further on the financial management. SvWP structured the set up of the company and prepared all the legal and accounting documents for the credit application necessary for the construction of the premises and financing the working capital.
The investment structure was based on a mix of funds provided by the initial shareholders, by a new angel capital partner, and bank credit facilities.
SvWP assisted the client along the entire process of start-up and business development. The services provided ranged from automotive market research, to advising on the best investment strategy, finding the best investment location, acquiring the land needed for investment, authorizing the construction and offering the entire range of professional services (legal, accounting, tax advisory). |
