The Romanian-based company Genesis International SA and the National Company for Motorways and National Roads have entered into a Convention pursuant to which Genesis has undertaken to accept Promissory Notes as payment instrument for the amounts due for the rehabilitation works.
The total amount was of EUR 1,250,000, payable in quarterly tranches.
Genesis asked SvWP to find the most advantageous financing solution based on the given situation.
