SvWP acted as arranger for the acquisition of a modern milk processing plant amounting to DEM 7,500,000.


SvWP advised the client during all stages of the transactions by presenting the most suitable financing options available, drafting feasibility studies, business plans, and market analysis, assisting the client in deciding the best course of action and in the negotiation with the potential financiers.

The most important challenge to overcome was to convince the international debt capital providers to accept Romanian commercial risk, in a time when even the Romanian government risk was difficult to finance.
