SvWP ProFinance, a member of the SvWP group, was selected by 3TS to perform deal sourcing in Romania. The amount to be invested in Private Equity transaction amounts to 100 million EUR and is entirely provided by the largest Private Equity fund in Europe – 3i. The main services provided by SvWP ProFinance are, apart from deal sourcing, preparation of Investment Summary, assistance with due diligence process, local leveraging, assistance with financial restructuring and advice on legal structuring of the transactions.
The investment process is mainly based on the personal relation between entrepreneurs, investors and consultant. As a consultant, SvWP fully understand the investment process both from the entrepreneur searching for a financing point of view and from the investment fund looking for a profitable exit point of view.
SvWP, from its position as the interface between those two parties, is developing a long-lasting relation with them, becoming a supplier of complete financial advisory services, including PE, management advisory and financial consultancy. |
