Well known for its valuable experience gained during other projects, SvWP has been contacted by a major Austrian Investment Fund in order to provide tax and legal advisory services, as well as business development assistance.
Initially, the Fund requested SvWP’s assistance during the sale of a certain portion in its Romanian investment company.
SvWP performed the accounting and tax appraisal of the Romanian subsidiary, also advising on the best tax structure with respect to the sale.
Subsequently to the sale, SvWP has been appointed the accounting & tax consultant of the Romanian company, as well as its legal counsel relating to its investment projects in Romania. |
