SvWP has been awarded the consulting contract following the public tender organized by the Municipality of Suceava. The main object of the agreement is the identification of the best solution for privatizing the major county electricity-heat supplier, SC TERMICA SA Suceava.

The expertise offered by SvWP will allow Suceava Municipality to find the necessary know-how and financing needed for the optimization of the heating/electricity supply services in the city. Through its professional expertise SvWP brings to the City Council the knowledge of identifying the weak parts and to capitalize the strong points of Termica Suceava.

SvWP offers a wide range of services from legal advisory, strategic management, identification of potential investors, advising on the best investment strategy, to assisting the Municipality in the negotiation stages and surveying the implementation of the privatization strategy adopted.
